Sunbelt region is absolutely exploding in terms of economic growth it’s GDP is like half of China
Dallas and phoenix are the best options in my opinion salaries for white collar jobs are high , taxes are low , weather is a little too hot, and median price for a large home is quite low NIMBYs don’t have as much power here
