Just look at India. In 1910 Kolkata was the capital and it was the jewel of India at that time because of it's status as the nation's capital then they moved to Mumbai and it changed so fast it bacame the Nation's financial hub and the largest city by a mile then they moved it to new Delhi... In 2018 Delhi is the largest city in India and it's outgrowing Mumbai by unimaginable rate.
Mogadishu can be replaced easily. Don't be one of those people that believe Bombadishu is irreplaceable.
