No, he won't.

N&N have overplayed their hands and even the usage of propaganda isn't going the disguise the fact they have done f*ck all in 4 years. The fact that security is much worse in Xamar now than in 2015, and the fact Farmaajo couldn't secure a fucking 12-mile road from Xamar to Afgooye is testament to their incompetence, they couldn't even get rid of Madoobe who essentially just controlled Kismaayo after sanctioning him for god knows how long.

I think an Abgaal become President in 2021, probably Sharif Sheikh Ahmed
