Who should be considered a Somali citizen?

When i become Somalia president InshAllah..anybody his father is not Somali..he is not Somali citizen
He is one of my favorite sheikh, because, he is die-hard Somali Nationalist.I listen to his lectures

You don’t have to worry about that. No one wants to travel down to Somalia to be part of the curse. Who wants to be associated with a failed state. The land of famines and diseases.
Fair answer would be anyone who has an established community/land in Somalia, ie this would include minorities like Barwanis/Bajuun/Cad Cads/Bantus/etc
Foreigners who aren't ethnically Somali should not be allowed to apply for citizenship though, ie a Bantu/Oromo could not move there and become one.

Anyone who lived and worked (paid their taxes and dues) over 10 years in Somalia is an Somalia Citizens with all its afforded rights the Nation can give, but he/she is not ethnically Somali that can only be acquired through Paternal lineageal means.
5-10 years should be part of the requirements to being granted Citizenship.
P,s Somalia is need of Multiculturalism for it to spearhead itself into the Future in par with other Developed Nations.

She is Beizani, the product of Eriterians and Italians. She has a distinct hatred for ethnic Somalis who she refers to as geeljire/pastoralists. I wonder whether its her habesha heritage that has her spurn Somaliweyn or if she sees it as a futile effort. Her views on the Somali passport would make sense if it was difficult for Somalis in Somalia to gain Ethiopian or Kenyan passports but its not (much to the frustration of the Kenyan and Ethiopian governments lol). One of the reasons against restricting Somali citizenship against Somalis not from Somalia is the lack of ability to enforce it. How will you tell a man his own cousin born in Galbeed or NFD isn"t Somali enough for citizenship in Somalia? Clan ties will make any attempts at trying to turn Somalia away from being an ethno state (the nation will need a name change in that case) to a regular state nearly impossible. If we weren't connected by land to Galbeed and NFD it would be easier as clan ties would fade but we are and they won't.
Foreigners already live in Somalia. I saw a Tanzanian dude who said he and his family came to Somalia before the civil war.

Only those with BOTH parents that are ethnic somalis. No arabs or Madows should be allowed. You coons say as long as the father is somali should be accepted. What if the maternal line is white for 5 generations? You losers would be willing to accept a blue eyed blonde hair as Somali and as president. Im done with the buffonery. These foreigners dont have the interest of Somali at heart only how they can exploit it for their own gain. And best believe they will continue the exploitation.
