Are you serious the guy conquered or occupied most of Europe, his plan was going to plan but then he messed with the Russians and that’s how he lost the war.

He was average height at the time I don't know what you mean. He was taller than churchill and stalin.
It wasn't because he was especially intelligent though.
His decision to fight a war on two fronts despite the german economy being already strained. I suppose them greatly underestimating the Soviets was a factor but it’s undeniable that the USSR were using common human wave tactics as they couldn’t afford to arm their vast troops and their war effort only got better as the USSRs economy began to rise.

I would say you have to have intelligence to be able to rise to the top of a political party, dominate German politics, lift Germany out of extreme poverty and degeneracy, and then proceed to conquer the majority of Europe, which would have worked if not for the 2 front war. Doesn't matter what you think of his policies, I very much doubt an idiot would have been able to accomplish that.
I suppose Churchill to an extent was a raging manlet as well, but I don’t doubt for a second that those high platform shoes performed a miracle for Hitler.
But you also have to factor in context. Germany was in a major recession at the time and Hitler exploited that to his advantage. Militarily though his strategy was undoubtedly questionable, to say the least.
