It’s a weird concept to me cos no matter how much I eat, don’t go gym/football I never put on weight.

I’m just like how much u eating/are unhealthy to be putting so much weight. Only so many hours in the day. But I guess it’s biological and also stress

People don't often appreciate how crucial hormones are for any kind of weight control. For example, the real reason bodybuilders eat so many carbs and have like 6 meals a day is to keep strongly spiking their insulin because insulin is highly anabolic and will help them bulk up.
