Changing capital won’t change anything. Chaos will folllow it regardless as it is the capital of the country. If the aim is to have a clean, safe and functioning capital then the government should be the focus. I agree with a capital change though, but there is no city big enough for that. It would have to be expanded which is a waste of money for a country which relies heavily on aid money, and can’t even find the funds to fund the war on terrorism by paying its soldiers.
