From personal experience, they tend to be unconventional, conversationally dexterous, colourful in their language and skillful at employing a charm offensive. Slips of the tongue from callous bluntness disguised as constructive criticism won't make you popular among sensitive souls. The delivery of your message for certain audiences could be more polished, but you're not in the business of appealing to all. If some feathers get ruffled, it's whatever.
