I always thought it was a more environmentally friendly country.Germany is a bit fake when it comes to the refugees. Sole reason is the greying demographics and wanted to stay competitive. Sweden is doing it for more philosophical/social democratic reasons. Sweden has been ruled uninterrupted by social democrats since 1914.
Yeah, i think it's down to a list of one - Sweden.I wouldn't include denmark on that list. The way they treat syrian refugees isn't right. They have a policy of deporting asylum seekers and received a lot of backlash recently for it.
I think the fact Norway exports so much oil & gas disqualifies it from being considered environmentally friendly.
