I'm not playing though i would legit do it. Sadly the kid will suffer but will have noone but the mom to blame. If the kid wants a dad it can ask it's mom whose the dad. I don't play that game at all no bastard will have the right to claim my lineage.

If I was a man I would honestly be distraught. I would most likely divorce and have joint custody on all of our children including the bastard because he/she doesn't deserve to be punished for his/her mother's action.

5 is not early, have you ever seen 5 years with their dads? that's most likely the point the kid bonds with you the most. I don't believe you could do that. remember you only found out they weren't yours, bonds can't shift that quickly
