Hmm tbh the only time I've seen this happen is when the kid is crazy and they send them to Somalia to get married to the cousin and hide the shame within the family since no one else will marry them.
I personally wouldn't but I'm not against it since its halal and who am I to stop something halal and make it haram that's not good.
If I'm marrying a somali we probably are related up there and it gets higher the closer in clan we are so who cares.
