you don't need to abandon religious morals to have a high quality functioning society, but its a correlation not a coincidence that the best functioning societies are politically secular- like Singapore which you mentioned

singapore is only secular due to the large amounts of chinese and indian workers, however it was founded by muslims (it used to be malaysia)

singapore still has laws about how one can dress, being gay was illegal and punishable by death up until recently, and they're extremely tough on drugs (death penalty if caught with more than .1 KG of cocaine)

Its very well established that you DO NOT need to abandon religious values in order to achieve a stable society. There is no correlation whatsoever with liberalism and a good quality of life

that society was also extremely intolerant to other religions and races, as much as you would love to live in such a society, you wouldn't be able to at least not as comfortable as you live in today's society

Muslims have lived peacefully in america since the early 1900s. The first nation to recognize americas independence was morocco.

this dude publicly converted to islam in the 1800s and built a mosque, as well as spreading dawah in his city of Massachusetts and new york. He lived peacefully and faced no discrimination in his life.

He even published books encouraging americans to convert to islam. His name was Alexander Webb

Theres also like 12 towns in the US named after palestine, a few of which were founded by muslim immigrants in the early 1900s.

Jews have also lived freely in america since the 1600s.

And the funny thing is, catholics were harassed more for their religion than muslims and jews back in the day.

And even if America was intolerant to all religions other than Christianity, I would rather live amongst Christians who dislike me than homosexual liberals who "accept diversity" and welcome me in their country

First of all if members of a religion are always acting in a certain manner then of course i am left to think that perhaps there is something that motivates them to act this way. I don’t support lgbtq causes it is against islam but i am a celibate homosexual so everyday qawn lut dis qawm lut that is tiring.

Sorry I disagree bro, state and religion should be completely seperated, religion should a private matter, that way we can make sure the religion is not being misused to suppress and control people.. With that said we should actively promote Islamic values and manners into the society in a peaceful matter that doesn't involve the state or it's institutions.

Many non-Muslims have been predicting similar trends for 100 years but trends show that Muslims are becoming more religious.

Especially Somalia, it has become far more religious over time and not the opposite.

you need to realise that concerns about LGBT groups weren't a big deal until the previous 10 years; before that, there was no need to bring them up.

You must next ask where the demand for this subject originated. Simple response: the media. They want us to argue over issues that experts have already resolved 100 years ago because they believe that if society understood the predicament they were in, we would unite against the elite.

Also muslims dont want to have their children taught about trans/homo stuff. Muslims are comfortble with the idea that the school wont give their child proper islamic education. Which is fair its a secular nation that responsibility should be on the parent. Then why do school have to be so in your face about lgbt rights.

The West in terms of its morality and culture is disgusting but economically and educationally is great. There are muslim contries that also flourish in both ways. But Its hard for some people to move.
