Qabil is necessary but not in the way it’s being used now.

Only pure Somali qabils with paternal and MATERNAL Somali heritage should have influence. Somali allied qabils should be respected but for too long certain qabils with foreign ancestry have cosplayed as Somali for way too long.

the south is controlled by 2 clans and the north predominantly 1 or 2. If we are being honest, 2 clans practically control the countries politics.
