I would say they are speculating and possible misleading. Like they say UK is covering up, when it is possible they are withholding the report for several reasons. Like they don’t want to reveal their sources, etc. RT say something about the reason being that a British company is earning money on oil (in Somaliland(it was difficult to hear exactly) or somewhere else). I think some of this claims are not supported by facts.

It might be covering ups, oil money and more involved in this. But evidence are missing for now.
