This statistic means nothing when you look at the numbers they gave. Like Sudanese also had a very high crime rate but when you look at it, there were in total 200+ crimes committed by them and thus they had a very high crime rate compared to the Brits as their population is extreme low. The albanian crime rate was almost all for drug trafficking which is not that crazy since the Albanian mafia are some if not the biggest drug trafficking ring across Europe, as they have a presence in many different countries.

The same Telegraph put out a table that showed Namibians also being in the top 5 of overall perpetrators. How many Namibians are even in the country? Same with Congolese, which were higher on the list than us but of course because we are black + muslim, they have to make us the face of it. Funny because Vietnamese and Jamaicans are also in the top 5 but they didn't even mention it as frequently as us. Not to mention very few Somalis are in the UK with somali citizenship, the older generation are not the ones committing the crimes

It's prolly because Ethiopians claim Somali nationality all the time and they take them on their word without any background checks.

At least Somalis in South Africa are on the move to dispell it.

As for the thread the fact Ethiopians and other African nationals claim Somali nationality inn the UK and their crimes are registered as "Somali" was confirmed by an organization.

This has been confirmed by Somali crime advocacy organizations. According to a Sun News report from 2011, authorities in some countries literally just take people’s word when they say “I’m Somali”, no documentation, no verification. And then whatever they do, we get blamed for.

Many Ethiopians claim Somali to get refugee status in many African countries, we’ve exposed them several times but it falls on deaf ears everytime
