I met a Gambian man in the oil fields and he told us «never be a clown»
There's cooning and then there's obsessively checking what everyone's saying about us. Everyone gets made fun of so what makes you think we'd be immune to getting made fun of too? I get secondhand embarrassment reading these type of threads because it always people freaking out over some nobody on twitter shitting on us. It makes us look so sensitive and triggered by everything. The best course of action is to just ignore them. No wonder trolls keep coming for us since we always take the bait
Disagree. The coons need to get checked end of.
This sensitivity thing is nonsense. We are absolutely not sensitive at all abt what people say abt us, we say worse abt them infact. Its about checking the pathetic ones among us who wanna tap dance for shisheye and use that low quality humour. Thats selling your self short, for ke-ke kaka, do you think its worth it? My old gambian coworker on the rigs used to tell the young africans never ever be a clown, to this day that rings. In any situation, be it a coffe bar, restroom, recreation room leave the comedy acts/clownery to others. Let them put on the clownmask.
Actually while im writing this I think people are more fed up about the horribly low quality humour. It just isnt funny and these people putting on our flag are infact talentless. And they have to be the face of our nation? They are not representing me, or anyone of us in here im gonna tell you that
