Bleaching is declining, many young women have seen the dangers and side effects of it.
Exactly, we have it good compared to other communities, with better education and awareness we can get rid of this obsession with lighter skin.
Alhamdulliah. Colourism will likely decline rapidly with the new generation. Many of the comments about someone’s skin tone came from older moms and aunts.

The question u should be asking is why do people feel the need to correct (straightening) what doesn't need to be corrected? Does Allah (swt) make mistakes?

I regret to inform you that I have Somali cousins who I can confirm have worn those sorts of wigs. She told me it was some Cambodian or Colombian's hair. Acudhubillah.

As I said earlier, thanks to globalization, beauty standards are converging for both genders. For women, lighter skin, long hair, and golden-ratio facial features are/will generally considered the global beauty ideal. Of course, how light and what hair texture is preferred varies by region.
This woman will be seen as top-tier in the Horn. However, she will be seen as “too dark” or “too Black” in neighboring Middle East, with her hair getting called “too kinky.”
No point of screaming or crying about the Evil cadaan people or harass other people to change their beauty standards. Especially if you’re not even from the that group. Doing so just makes you look insecure as f and won’t solve the “issue.”

They dye the shit of there hair weekly and apply all kind of hair products to gain some texture in there hair - I don't know where you get the impression that they are mad comfortable 24/7 females in general are insecure all of the time - not a ethnicity/race problem
