I wouldn’t even say we have ”Colorism”, colorism is a system that favours lighter skin over darker skin on a structural level. You seem to have blatant misconeptions - the word dhuxul isn't a slur, it's a name of a rock which is known as coal - Coal by extension is a dark rock however isn't a bad word only if you take it that way. And the claimed lineage with Arabs is specifically Banu Hashim which is seen to be a more noble lineage as it has an affinity with the prophet however due to the fact that this decent lacks any primary sources again 99% of Somalis don't believe this. This is quite similar to how Ethiopians in the middle ages claimed (Solomonic Ancestry) or Britons claiming they were Roman refugees this has more to do with a status boost (however it's mostly acknowledged as a myth).
