Hijab,
Free-mixing,
Laws of inheritance,
The punishment for theft and zina,
law of mahram,
The responibility of men over women
The order for women not to soften their speech and to remain at home

These are all mentioned in the Qur'an and can not be disputed such as the hadith. This is not wahabism but core Islamic belief.
Somalia will never prosper and attain glory by turning its back on Allah swt. Victory belongs to Allah swt alone and only through sincere submission to him, we will be victorious

What is happening today is Salafi scholars esp in UK who are pushing young,sincere and naive Somali girls to marry trash ex con reverts by telling they can defy their fathers and brothers. This is a tough question to answer but ill do my best with the help of Allah swt.

When it comes to the abrogation of Qur'anic verses, there are classic examples such as alcohol.It was banned over a period of time.At first, the ruling was not to drink before you perform Salat and to be sober. Later on,that Ayat was abrogated when Allah swt revealed another Ayat completely banning alcohol.
These are the ayat:

O ye who believe! Draw not near unto prayer when ye are drunken, till ye know that which ye utter ... "
Al-Qur'an 4:43

They question thee about strong drinks and games of chance. Say: In both is great sin, and (some) utility for men; but the sin of them is greater than their usefulness."
Al-Qur'an 2:219

O ye who believe ! Strong drinks and games of chance and idols and divining of arrows are only an infamy of Satan's handiwork. Leave it aside in order that ye may succeed. Satan seeketh only to cast among you enmity and hatred by means of strong drink and games of chance, and turn you from remembrance of Allah and from (His) worship. So will ye not then abstain?"
Al-Qur'an 5:90-91

Fiqh laws are more complex. They usually are fixed and some can be suspended due to current circumstances

Some Sahabis still slept with their wives and Allah swt revealed this Ayat abrogating the original ruling and intercourse during the night is halal and to only abstain during the day. This is the Ayat

“Lawful for you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach (sexual intercourse) to your wives. They are your garments and you are their garments. Allah knows what you used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now cohabit with them (your wives) and seek what Allah has ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread. Then complete your fast till the night appears; but do not cohabit with your wives while you are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) Allah. Approach not near thereto. Thus does Allah make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint.” (Surah al-Baqarah, V: 187)
