Somalis don't have any Abrahamic traits other than adopting Islam early on. Unlike Ethiopia which was the 2nd country to adopt Christianity and had Islam before Arabia and Somalia; the first and second mosques are in fact located in Ethiopia/Eritrea. They were first.
Yes, Somalis took Islam to the Maldives but at it's an extreemly small and irrelevant island, it always has been. When Somalis came the population must've been in the 10,000s and it was undefended. There was no army or military to defend any foreigners. btw the Aksumites brought Christianity to Sri Lanka and Aksumite coins have been found there.
There's no evidence on Somalis bringing Islam to Sri Lanka, there was no significant impact on India and Sri Lanka, it was just the Maldives.
islam in Tanzania was brought by Ali ibn al-Hassan Shirazi, a Persian. There was already a Muslim presence before Somalis came.

The Ajuuran weren't that impressive in my opinion. The highlight of its military is pushing back pagan Oromo tribes who were disorganised and weak. The Aksumites already went to every single place Ajuuran went except for China. It may have been the next hydraulic empire after Egypt but all it means is that they had full control of irrigation and water supply, I never understood the fascination with that.

Aw Barkhadle took Islam to both Maldives and Sri lanka. Also, Islam spread in Ethiopia through Somali Saints. Oromos are the largest ethnic group in Ethiopia so that says it alot. Furthermore, Ajuuran repulsed Portuguese empire at the height of its power and beat them in Naval Warfare and in Kenya aswell

The first and seconf ever mosques are in Eritrea/Ethiopia and the first ever Muslim community was established there. Also, the rest of Oromo Muslims got converted by Muslim Amhara kingdoms, Somalis only converted the ones in the Ogaden.
Finally, Ajuuran lost to the Portuguese despite outnumbering them over twice their size....
The Ethiopians also defeated the Ottomans who teporarely occupied the coast, multiple times. The Ottomans were the strongest empire at the time along with the Potuguese.

1) Aw Barkhadle spread Islam in the Maldives but there's no shread of evidence that he spread it to Sri Lanka. I asked you to post any sort of evidence and you haven't, therefore we can establish there was no influence in the Maldives. Just accept it was limited to the tiny nation of the Maldives.
2) As I said before, Somalis never converted any "Ethiopians" apart from Oromo pagans. Now, Ethiopia already had Muslim sultanates and kingdoms before Adal was even a thing. Such as the Showa sultanate ruled by Amhara Muslims, which claim descent from the Muslim migrants in Aksum that migrated south. There you ago, we established Muslim kingdoms before Adal was even a thing. Saying islam never florished in Ethiopia before Somalis invaded Oromos is just an erraneous statement.
3) Where are these accounts that the Portuguese lost at Barawa? Until you show us evidence it means nothing.
