There is no constitution in Somalia, the provisional one is the bastard child TPLF. We need to return to the 1960 Constitution. As for the current stalemate, the ministers and thus all the money associated with the government is handled through ministries hence the prime minister has all the actual power.

I agree that Roble is wrong but this follows naturally from how horribly the system is set up.

Farmaajo wanted election to happens before Feb 2021. It was madoobe and deni delaying.

Kkk. He said, "all the military and police should only take direct orders from the PM otherwise they will face the law". No law says security apparatus are subordinate to the PM or come under him. They come under the president.

The parliament that elected rooble doesn't work, the president is the previous president, only the pm has any power and only his office doesn't have an expiration date. And when you ask, where is that written, they are quiet.

It's a made-up law. Based on the HAG constitution, article 1 section 1: "Mogadishu unuka leh, any hawiye pm or president can do whatever he wants in mogadishu and he has the power. They can extend their mandate and control elections whether they are pm or president. if darood president or PM (god forbid) tries to control elections, extend mandate or generally ask their hawiye pm/president to stop looting land and interfering in elections, they shall be kicked out like Siad Barre. Or in HAG dialect, " villada aan ku daadaha asan bursaha asaan broomeeha asaan waxaan arko kufsahaa asaan qaxixaa."
