There are several towers on the Cedar riverside block. One of them is for senior citizens. They live in there free of charge. These elderly sometimes can be a couple. Other times it is a single old person. These elderly people want to live separately from their grown children with families. The grown children like it this way too because they can check on them on a daily basis. There are also elderly who came with unrelated people who they filled in the sponsorship as “parents “. These are solo elderly people. They are all alone and the saddest of them all.

Apparently they would not be on the rent agreement and will use addresses elsewhere. But because they have younger siblings the apartment authority allow the family to have 3 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms for 8 people. They haul in $500k a year between the 4 of them.
