Somalia is not the ideal candidate to aid them. A more developed and wealthier state makes more sense. The Gulf states, Turkey, Indonesia and Malaysia come to mind. If we were developed, then sure why not. We're not. We have too many of our own problems.

It should be Pakistan, Malay states and the Gulf states job to handle their situation due to being geographically closer to them.
