Masha Allah, we need more Somali women pursuing STEM degrees. I know university doesn't teach proper programming, were you initially self taught?

My first exposure was in high school actually, I’m really good with math and my teacher recommended me to look into programming. Code Academy are is my favorite free resource. Learning never stops though, in the STEM world certs are valued as much as degrees cause by the time you finish ur degree what you learned freshman year may be obselete.
