IQ is fake. That's first. Second, let's entertain it on a comparative level to drive home a point:
People don't understand that having an IQ average of 68 means half of the population is below 68 -- 70 and below is mental retardation. An average of that level means the college-graduating Somali is exceptional like the same as a genius, with a master's graduate being the equivalent of, if the world average is 100, something like Jon von Neumann, Einstein, Hawkins, etc. None of it is possible. The chance of that from a statistical point of view is extremely low.
The people that peddle this are not thinking this through otherwise they would recognize the ridiculousness.
Be suspicious of metrics that rely on correlation under non-linear environments. Those discreet results are un-informative. Higher variations support a higher stochastic effect. Basically, IQ is an erroneous retarded measure of human intelligence, and the people fixated on it are the people of the lowest substance.
I was watching an episode of a science documentary miniseries with the class in high school by a comedian that interviewed Richard Lynn since the topic was human intelligence. That racialist fraud told the comedian that Africans have the lowest intelligence and one particular group could not do any other jobs than go and fetch trash and throw it.

It is only used to re-affirm old racialism. I have also seen people who use genetic determinism as a new thing in certain spaces, they are equally fraudulent but hide better within disciplinary jargon, although it is dangerous and no different from eugenics.
