From the way our autistic looking friend is speaking, you'd think Somaliland is the new Singapore. Somebody should send him a copy of the new World Bank report showing that Somaliland is per capita the poorest territory in Somalia. He claims the youth in Hargesia are flourishing and "making music," but the reality is that the vast majority are on the verge of starvation. They survive only on a diet of self-delusion and cuqdad.

Mugdisho has parts of that are built up near the coast. The vast majority of it is still in ruins. Not to mention the horrible plight of IDP.
Entire country of Somaliland is built some more than others but nonetheless built.
Somaliland by far has the highest tax income raised when you minuse aid. While puntlland can't pay militia wages.
Finally every major business is owned by a lander:
