Berbera has great potential but looks like a ghost town at the moment
It's xagaa season, so a lot of people tend to go more in land during this season. It also depends when you go there. During the hottest part of the day, there are very few people outside.
At the same time though, Berbera has a relatively low population compared to other major SL towns.
