Jeegaan has no real army. We defeat them in 2004. Since then they start to bribe loyal militant to enter wars with others.

Let me give you a little secret, the towns outside of the main road in Sool like Boocame and Taleex there's unwritten rule where it's possible for officials from both sides to visit if they're from the region, there's also PL ministers in Boocame at the same time, Last night PL forces went there to defend it but Isimo told them we don't want wars and they will leave after their visit, SL officials already left Boocame.
