Ideally this pipe dream would only work if Ethiopia was fully Islamized but we'll find a way to deal with this ((problem))Eritrea and Ethiopia are both majority Christian. Why would it be in their interest to form a megastate with majority Muslim countries? The only way a state like this could function is if it was secular. Somalia can have Galbeed and Djibouti. Everything else is off limits

Islam and Christianity have a lot of the same rules for state governing so it we either mix it or just have a secular one with religious undertones.. I’m just saying if it happenedDo you really think somalis of today would want secular rule? Its gonna cause so many problems.
Its (((three))) brackets. If Somalis tried to use offensive jihad in Ethiopia, I think that is the one scenario where Eritrea will get involved militarily in conflict and then everything goes to hellIdeally this pipe dream would only work if Ethiopia was fully Islamized but we'll find a way to deal with this ((problem))
Ethiopia is moving away from ethnic federalism? To what?On another note, Ethiopia is actively trying to move away from ethnic federalism. A union state would necessitate

Centralized government from Addis. This was the ultimate cause of the Tigray War. Those Tegaru bastards tried to hold their own election and when Abiy said no they armed themselvesEthiopia is moving away from ethnic federalism? To what?
Would centralized government work for this hypothetical federation?Centralized government from Addis. This was the ultimate cause of the Tigray War. Those Tegaru bastards tried to hold their own election and when Abiy said no they armed themselves
I'm not referring to today. Realistically the last chance of Ethiopia becoming majority Muslim was during the Adal conquest. Its (((three))) brackets. Not exactly some statistics say that Ethiopia could be Muslim majority by 2035.I'm not referring to today. Realistically the last chance of Ethiopia becoming majority Muslim was during the Adal conquest.
Only with an iron gripped dictator. Eritrea’s demographics aren’t too dissimilar to what a Horn African Union could possibly be and there is centralized govt (to the extreme). The problem is that pussy ass niggas will start ing about ‘human rights’.Would centralized government work for this hypothetical federation?
I thought it was half/ halfEritrea and Ethiopia are both majority Christian. Why would it be in their interest to form a megastate with majority Muslim countries? The only way a state like this could function is if it was secular. Somalia can have Galbeed and Djibouti. Everything else is off limits
As long as there is no discrimination or killings amongst everyone and everyone pulls their weight in it. I would see no problemOnly with an iron gripped dictator. There are no recent figures. Only estimates. Within Eritrea it is probably 50/50 now due to the vast majority of migrants being Christian and the high birth rates amongst the Saho. Eritreans as a whole including the Diaspora is probably about 65% ChristianI thought it was half/ half
50% Muslims and 50% Christians
Nah nigga today I come out of the closet that ogadeen needs to know his place and only a reer darwiish omega chad with 20/20 eyesight such as myself can direct him to a mirror@Danakiil is afar no?
Secular and democratic. If such a federation happened it obviously be secular..
I’ve heard some sources but they could be wrong. Regardless the majority of religions really don’t matter. I’m talking about government. Gibberish like religious governments are what’s holding Africa back somewhat... What source? The only religion that’s actively growing in Ethiopia is Pentecostalism. Without Galbeed, Ethiopia goes from 65% Christian to 80%
Yes, that sounds better..Secular and democratic.
