If you managed to stay disciplined enough to eat vegan for that long, you should join the master race of diets that is pescatarianism!!! With organic, lean chicken breast and nandos. I have also never had smoked Salmon. Do you... eat it without cooking? Is it the salmon equivalent of beef jerky? I always see it in Sainsbury's and swap it out for salmon steak right before I checkout.
