Which region is it in ? I also got some land some in dhegehbuur and some in Jigjiga

I dont have the land yet Its a dream Bro but lets talk about land, I want land in southern parts or maybe in Ferfer, Shilabo, Degehbur, Jigjiga sounds nice aswell. Possibly a big plot of land some what close to the beach but not right on it, near kismayo perferably. I have my money on Kismayo overtaking Muqdisho with the next regimeWhich region is it in ?
