Not this is RAPE culture, in which the victim carries the burden.

"One case cited by HRW involved a 15-year-old girl who was imprisoned after being repeatedly gang-raped by four men who held her captive for two weeks, because one of the men – whom she knew – said he would marry her."

See this is what a system guarding female sexuality does, let us keep going :draketf:

"In another case, a prosecutor was reported as asking a rape survivor: “If you didn’t consent, why didn’t you tell your parents?” When the survivor said she knew the man who raped her, the prosecutor said: “All the things you are saying are lies, you did this willingly.”"

It is MUCH easier to use blame the victim tactics in a culture, where the women's chastity is of the highest concern and her safety is secondary :jcoleno:

"Life is not easy for many Mauritanian women and girls. The prevalence of female genital mutilation is 67%, some ethnic groups see domestic violence as a sign that a husband loves his wife, and many girls are sent away to “fat camps” in the desert to be force-fed, so that they put on large amounts of weight and fit Mauritanian notions of beauty."

Words fail me on this, now food is being used to abuse us?

Conclusion:
A perfect system made by God wouldn't have these obvious flaws and would be able to contain the flaws of man.

I don’t know if it’s about religion or just arrogance and lack of human rights

It could just be cultural, the West is Christian but its also modern

If you read the article you'd know that the risk of being punished for adultery under Sharia law is preventing women from reporting rape.

The causality is there.

The punishment for adultery can be overturned by a simple oath in Shariah. The fear is more likely to be cultural stigma than a unfounded fear of punishment

Steam

The shariah requires four male wittinesses and if a female can’t produce them, then she is in trouble. There were similar cases in Dubai recently where they arrested western women who made rape complaints to the police. Google.

That's limited to the case of a woman being accused by her husband.

In other cases a mere oath does not grant you free for jail-card and to pretend otherwise is disingenuous at best.

Furthermore by the very act of talking about her rape to the authorities, she admits to having had sex and failure to provide explanatory evidence means her testimony is used against her.

Correct me if I missed something @AussieHustler.

Highly misleading. Men routinely get away with rape. While shit like this unfortunately does happen, its very rare, and it’s why innocence before proven guilt is such a fantastic idea. Evil ladies.

@VixR why the qashin rate? I brougt a solid clear-cut evidence of females conspiring a rape charge against a male due to emotions

I wonder if there's a case study of why rape charges have such a low success rate of conviction. Rape is despicable but women use allegations of rape just to get even at a guy

Rape has a low success rate of conviction and a low reporting rate, bc it’s hard to report and also hard to prove. A woman has to immediately get a rape kit and harvest the fluids, and even for those who do, go to your local police station and ask how many kits they have on backlog.

A perfect system, which Sharia is claimed to be should have taken that into account, don't you think? :ivers:

Women's liberation can only be achieved through trough secularism :fittytousand:
Muslims countries won’t ever be secular, so it’s pointless to obsess over , just enjoy your in Denmark

In addition to what @VixR said, many forms of rape are not apparent at first and can take time to understand as rape.

Furthermore many if not most cases concern rape from people that you're familiar with and in some cases even dependent on, and it therefore presents an extra burden on the women.
