There are clashes happening everyday in gedo between Ahmed madobe forces and marehan rebels. Even reer hassan complained about the injustices they faced from reer dini to the government of Somalia. Gedo use to be majority bantu until marehan invaded and seized the region.

I totally agree. This hate towards Somali bantus will just lead them to stop identifying as Somali and connect more with bantus from other countries.

Out of curiosity where did you get that info sxb? I haven't heard a single town in the south that belongs to beesha M wayne, isaaq is 25% of somalia proper and we all know how many towns they own so how can clan of the same size have no single mid sized town to its name

I already explained. All together they are around 15% of Somalia. If you just look at the south alone, removing the north then they are probably 20-25% maybe 30 is pushing it.

So why there is no single town to themselves? I have got nothing against beesha but never heard of a single mid sized town exclusively owned by the beesha, so seems like you didn't conceptualized what 25% actually means.

I only mentioned those towns to make the point that they have those towns and dominate numerically.

However they live in every city in south Somalia in good numbers. Check any vid wether from Xamar, Kismaayo, Baodoa, Beledweyne etc 1 in 3 people walking down the street is a Bantu.
