How could she not be accusing anyone and claiming to have been raped at the same time?

Whether she directly or indirectly mentioned him, there is a farax out there who has just been accused of rape, and people are believing her without even hearing his side of the story or any evidence being presented, because who needs logic and common sense. Am i right?

If a girl randomly made a claim that you raped her and then used the same flawed logic you applied here to justify why what she was saying should be taken completely at face value, you would be rather upset i imagine.

Give others the same respect you would want for yourself. You gotta hear both sides of the story at least otherwise it's pure unadulterated injustice.

The only injustice that happened was toward the victim. with YOUR logic a rape victim even going to the police would be slander.

Why is the crime of rape any different from assault, theft or murder? If this chick had said that she got mugged and had her purse stolen you wouldn't be calling for both sides. Especially as she's not naming said criminal.
