This quite strange by Mogadishu, I was expecting they 'repeat' the past as Mogadishu is always doing the same thing the last leader does. We assigned literally 75% of our MPS to DIR/HAWIYE/RAHANWAYN. Why 4.5? Why not Dir iyo Darod iyo Rahanwayn, koley siyasad ahan waa isku dhow yihin Dirtu iyo Hawiyuhu when push comes to shove.
What a terrible deal 4.5 was and how much restraint was shown, I won't accept you have 75% of the parliament as dir/hawiye/rahanwayn yet represent less then 1/4 of the actual land. Its evident that the fake sheikh shariif is using this stunt for the upcoming elections, there is rumor flying that Shariif and Farmaajo had a pact that they would help elect each other in 2020s.

Oh Garbage if they're so populous they would have huge ciidaan. PL as a whole can field 12k Ciidan same as Albania and Albania is 3 million. Your ciidaan quota will tell us your real population. You ain't eating shit in this land if you can't defend it.
