London Somali mothers do not try to fight the police. They are not Jamaicans. The police here communicate and generally Somali mothers do not get in trouble.

But it does not look like the boy was arrested and we can not be certain the object the women carried was a knife, but the women-be it his sister or mother- could have made the situation 10x worse. If it was a knife they wouldn’t have allowed her to handle it so freely like that and she would have been restrained rather than just moving her to the side

Once on the floor, as he posed no risk, the man should have been arrested, taken to hospital, then received a heavy sentence by the court of law.

I am not anti-police and I value the work police officers do, but I also believe they should take measured action. This is not the wild Wild West, everyone has the right to a fair trial.

Whereas in this situation If they had shot the Somali mother/sister I would have also been against this.

Moreover, the man ambushed three officers out of nowhere and in such a situation, you can’t blame the officer for using excessive force. In the OP’s situation, you have two officers who randomly stopped and searched a young boy who appears to be with his family. There is no indication of any criminal behaviour, or any resistance shown by the young boy. He appears to be answering their questions. But regardless of the overwhelming proof indicating his innocence, you assume he’s carrying a knife and is a drug dealer on the virtue of his ethnicity. On top of that, you want his mother arrested(for what bloody reason?!). You are a racist. If innocent African Americans are getting killed, people like you are the reason why.
