@R.Kelly I always thought something was out of place with Kheyre. U right wallahi. It's a bot
But on a serious note guys, If your a delivery guy(fulinta) in government, I worked in government u have no right to speak about the policy, your job is to deliver it and that's it. There is law I think they have that says you cannot even question the government of the day about it and u need to do your job. That's why I was telling you my father is suprised 'fulinta' why sidasi laysku haysta marki muhimada tahay policyka which is where u set the idea, materials, costs, time, approvals(depending on govt style), review agenda. Fulinta is totally different, they are assessed how well they delivered according to the policy not if they can debate about it. Wa kuwa dhegaha laga garaco according to my father. lol
I think PL/SFG are having a hard time understanding who role is who. But PL says their independent untill that constitution is signed, they won't join a place of no social contract or institutions. That is clearly stipulated in the federal and regional constitution.

We got a huge way to go compared to western world. Even the departments in my country, waxaa laysku hisabtama 'coffee costs and milk' costs of taxpayer money. They say we can't use the department credit card to buy this. Imagine how tough they are on everything else and about 'waste' of taxpayer money? the shit somalia do, would see you sacked immediately and possibly jailed for fraud.Because money either grows or dies according to the western world, they don't have time for emotions, frauds, iyo bullshit. He even mentioned that ilmo samatar raised by reer nugaal. During siyad day he said the whole naiton was just fulin and delivery. Thats why there was less siyasad and policy from them. My dad said he asked in laga badelo mid ka saraye oo aad uu liitay dhinac waxqabadka and siyad said wax ba la xeerinaya somalinimada.
Affirmative action is terrible and kills the hard workers who try to do something. I am against it. It rewards people not on skills and merit but their minority or their some excuse for failing. My dad hadu qofka istahilo adaa ba soo dhowaynaysid si aad wax ka korsatid lakin marku niin nocasi ah ahlul sunnah xil loo dhiibo, waxna maka soo kordhayo, inu ku durduro mooye. Xitaa marku durdurayo cilmi maka soo kordhayo. Its just a waste of time
