I’m just genuinely curious, the experience of fat people. My highest weight was like around 130lbs (I’m pretty short) I couldn’t take it even though I was nowhere near obese, I could feel the weight change. It was harder to walk, I would get out of breath faster, etc etc it was very uncomfortable I decided to myself I’m done and im gonna lose weight. So I did, and it wasn’t that hard for me….

my question for yall (this is not hate this is curiosity if this is somehow against the rules admins pls delete) this is for research

1. what’s y’all weight/bmi, and how long have y’all been fat for?

2. do you guys struggle to walk or move ? or has your body adjusted ?

3. do you feel more fatigued (when I was at my highest weight I remember feeling tired all the time.. like I said I was nowhere near obese :faysalwtf:)

4. do you still think you’re healthy?

5. If you could wave a magic wand and be skinny would y’all do it?

6. How do y’all feel when you hear people boast about their weight loss or say theyre going on a diet (despite being slimmer than you)?
Lastly, what’s your favourite food?:cosbyhmm:

The more i am skinny and lose weight- the better i feel. Like those hungry africans in the desert thin type. I need to see my bones

This is actually a good topic @caanoshaah fat ppl are an eyesore
I have to resist the urge to stare at fat people in public it’s like I’m in shock and I am genuinely curious how tf someone ends up that big? The way fat people even walk intrigues me too, literally I saw this EXTREMELY fat lady today at the train station she was walking in front of me and with every step she would push her whole arm back as if she was countering the weight or something … Imma see if I can find a gif it was so wild :faysalwtf:

UPDATE YES SHE WAS WALKING LIKE THIS EXCEPT SHE WAS PUSHING WITH ONE ARM (cuz she was holding smth maybe?🤔)

I became obese 3 years ago in late 2021. Don’t want to get into too many details to avoid a self doxx all I’ll say is there was a medical emergency in my life during that year & the medication I was on made me bullion from 180 pounds w in June with most of my weight being muscle to 250 by the start of September. The meds I was on made me hungry so much that I’d feel like I was starving if I didn’t eat at least 4 big dishes a day.

Now to answer your questions:

1) My BMI was measured at 33 during this time

2) my body adjusted over it pretty quickly ngl.

3) yes there was definitely an increase in fatigue after such a short period of weight gain. Couldn’t play sports like I used to. Was huffing and puffing over a few meters of sprinting shot was a mess

4) For sure. I can make improvements ofc lakiin after 2 years of consistent gyming + diet switch up I’m now 50 pounds lighter + added muscle growth over the time period so realistically I’m closer to 60 pounds loss of fat. I’m aiming to cut to 190 by mid July inshallah right in time for my big 20th :pachah1:

Below I’ll post some photos of my weight fluctuations throughout the years.

Sorry can’t help. I’m 178 cm and 72kg, been at the gym since 16. I don’t think I could be fat even if I tried tbh
