I remember reading somewhere that those that lived in the past who may have never come across Islam will be judged based on their deeds and behavior rather than the fact that they’re not Muslim. I mean how is a white woman who lived in a small English village in the 15th century possibly know anything about Islam or even met a Muslim?
But then its claimed there was a messanger sent to every nation. Paradoxical, no?

At the same time its claimed that there was a messanger sent to every nation.....paradoxical, don't you think?

Yes, but that doesn’t mean a messenger for each nation in each generation.

It’s very well possible that the Australian aborigines had their messenger millennia ago and as you very well know, they were an illiterate society.

Is an Aborigine born in the year 1650 obliged to know about Allah SWT if the last messenger to his society came thousands of years earlier and no one recorded it?

Food for thought.

:hmm:

Interesting. The thing is Prophets weren’t sent in every generation. For all we know there could have been a span of hundreds of years or even thousands. Example, Nabi Ishmael lived amongst the Arabs probably more than a thousand years before the Prophet s.a.w. They were exposed to the concept of monotheism, but by the time the Prophet s.a.w was born, the Arabs regressed to polytheism and started to use the Kaaba, a place constructed by Ibrahim and his son years prior to house their idols. Clearly as generations went by the message of the oneness of God was lost. Allah is merciful, hence how can a person born in an era, and in an illiterate and or oral society in which the message of a Prophet has died out with no trace be punished?

Xabashi already ruled Ogaden region way before Britain stepped foot in the HOA. When britain took control of ogaden from the italians and gave it back to the ethiopians, the queen was only a child. She did not know.
Not really, they took over it in 1897. The English were very much present.

Australian Aborigines were remarkably good at recording oral traditions. In fact, most "oral cultures" actually were very good at this. The Vedas were, for example, were oral for several millennia before being written down and to this day we can glean details of the life of the Indo-Aryans it basically speaks of that fits with the archaeology available. Australian aborigines are so remarkable that they semi-decently recorded a 10,000 year old eruption in their mythology:

You'd think they'd remember a monotheistic preacher who probably would have coincided in time with the prophets of Israel. But who knows...

Yeah we learn about that in school, I was just using them as an example because the person I was speaking to was also Australian.

I think having Andrew as a son is enough suffering. Imagine the stress of keeping him away from her great-grandkids.

:lolbron:
Nah he is protected. They can’t even prosecute him despite having clear evidence on him. He just has to lay low and live his lavish lifestyle.
