That is very good, mate. How is it coming along?I want to switch from 3x a week full body to a push pull routine, does anyone have any good ones?
It's going well, but I don't like my entire body being sore, I just want some muscles to be sore so I can train the other ones the next time I go. Which is why I'm quitting the full body routine. That is very good, mate. How is it coming along?
I no longer lift weights, and focus more on strength workouts, and fight training. For shoulders, upper body workouts, I used to do similar routines as this gentleman twice a week, and found them effective in building muscle.
Wasn't planning on it, should I?Are you adding any circuit training?
Definitely, for conditioning and cardio, it is the best. My boxing instructor was heavy into circuit training, and that was my Thur.; you could mix, match, and switch. Do bear in mind, this is for people in good form.Wasn't planning on it, should I?
My conditioning is super horrendous. Idk why but my core sags hard whenever I try to do push ups nowadays. I was never really conditioned to begin with but damn itβs like my body doesnβt want to moveFor Wing Chun, this is what I do now; we actually started in a garage, and I have got some good material, but not online.
Here is one for beginners.
You could do it mate. Is there a boxing gym nearby where you live? Join. After ramadan Iβll just do 1x a week ppl.

Lifefuel. How old was he?You could do it mate. Is there a boxing gym nearby where you live? Join.
There was a young Latino lad at my old boxing gym, lanky, no coordination physically, with zero stamina, or upper strength; could not manage a simple pull-up, push-up, let alone skip. With the right instructor and regime, a couple of years later, he morphed into a brilliant boxer with superb skills. Last time I saw him, he could go on sparring for 10 x 2 rounds in the ring at ease.
Do knee pushups to build strength, once you can do 35 of those without stopping then switch to regular pushups. After ramadan Iβll just do 1x a week ppl.

I mostly do weight training, not a lot of bodyweight exercises, but I'm tempted due to the convenience of it, since you don't need any equipment.Push ups are efficient for upper body in general. There was a time I did 200-300 push ups daily for a month, wallahi I noticed a visible difference in my arms, shoulders and chest after the first two weeks! Push ups are really effective if you stay consistent!
I use to follow this guy who was a fitness guru on IG that talked about different forms of push ups during quarantine. Iβll post it when I do find him! Very informative.
Early 20s, I think.Lifefuel. How old was he?
I can do 20 something pushups but nowadays itβs hard for some reason. Like my core strength is somehow even lowerDo knee pushups to build strength, once you can do 35 of those without stopping then switch to regular pushups.
Crunches and situps should work for building core strength, if you have access to a gym try cable machine crunches cause you can keep adding weight to that as you get stronger.I can do 20 something pushups but nowadays itβs hard for some reason. Like my core strength is somehow even lower
you probably havenβt worked a day in your life, pipsqueek. No pain no gain, mate.
The body being sore is rather temporary, but once those muscles are in shape, you will no longer be feeling pain. Think about developing a routine where you work on the upper body for a day, lower body for the day after, core the day after etc. Are you adding any circuit training?
