My conditioning is super horrendous. Idk why but my core sags hard whenever I try to do push ups nowadays. I was never really conditioned to begin with but damn it’s like my body doesn’t want to move
Not that push ups are ineffective. It’s just such a tough mental battle that 90% of people can’t do.
If you go to the youre already somewhere else and are forced to finish your workout. With push-ups you’ll feel dead after like 1 or 2 sets and start slacking off.
Just hit the gym, it’s more worth it.
