I have heard a similar thing being done in Cuba but to have them produce milk and be sustainably you need an AC regulated building big enough to house them which will cost in the tens of millions to run not counting the initially building cost and food needed to sustain them since they need around 50 kg of gras a day and around 80 litres of water a day there is a reason it's done by rich Arab state and you can't just get two cows in your backyard in PL and expect it to work
