It's not a desert but Gedo is the most poor and underdeveloped region in Somalia.. You guys should use your energy on how to develop your region instead of beefing other clans online.. Gedo is far from the poorest region. it is infact the richest region in somalia. Gedo has the most camels in somalia at almost 800k while bari has 86k
we all know the GDP of somalia is based on live stock. We also have farms.

Source? Most regional states have about same number of camels more or less with 6% difference. Shoats are more common in north and central region while southern regions boasts most of cattles in the country
