By AmisomSeems like PL wants to be another Tigray. Same result will happen
First, how we agree if Somalia Dastuur its not complete?.How is that anti federalism? There needs to be a clear cut agremement on the roles of the FGS and FMS. All other states agreed why is the mother of federalism holding back? These people always screamed for federalism but when true federalism is implemented they are against it. Very confusing and qaran dumis if you ask me

Yes the real state here is Puntland. When you free of Amisom and your goverment function then you can talk.
Dont forget we bring federalism to Somalia and we will keep it as it fit for modern Somalia. No more xamar have all power.
Establishing rules of federalism is being like N&N apparently. how exactly do you guys want federalism to be implemented? everyday you MJ’s make it clear how much of qaran dumis you guys areThe dameer in Villa Somalia was the one begging Deni to save mogadisho when NN confined him to small room in Jazeera and now he wants to be like NN.
PL will get more powers than other states, that's why they said in the communique that PL will present their arguments and will negotiate directly with FGS, and this isn't odd because even the federal constitution gives more powers to PL that other states don't have. They will sign it.

They will be stripped of all special status, it's only matter of time. I don't think the constitution gives PL any special power or status. The law will be same for all. Once GM, SWS and HS are free of Shabaab. I see no reason for the FGS to ignore the rogue behaviour in North-East.PL will get more powers than other states, that's why they said in the communique that PL will present their arguments and will negotiate directly with FGS, and this isn't odd because even the federal constitution gives more powers to PL that other states don't have.
In the constitution, states established before 2012 (PL) have the right to do what's in their state constitution until the time they reach an agreement with FGS, and that article involves PL only, so without new constitution PL can do what's in their constitution and FGS can't strip anything. They will be stripped of all special status, it's only matter of time. If they agree that they're a federal member state, I believe yes, since the article is clear that the federal member states existing prior to its adoption can do what's in their constitution, but since SL doesn't recognize they're FMS this doesn't involve them.Somaliland existed before Puntland so does that mean Somaliland can do whatever it wants according to Somalia's provisional constitution

Cause they confuse federalism with confederacyHow is that anti federalism? There needs to be a clear cut agremement on the roles of the FGS and FMS. It's temporary autonomy until powers are divided, FGS has : (A) Foreign Affairs (B) National Defense (C) Citizenship and Immigration (D) Monetary Policy, everything else will be negotiated, maybe you want unitary system that decides everything in Mogadishu but PL don't.But if PL/SL do whatever they want then why does PL claim to be part of Somalia and why does Somalia refuse SL independence since SL accepting FMS status means de facto independence?
