So how is the constitution will be finished without negotiations, bal adigu is qabadsii. until then don't fret, it's happening, FGS will rule the south as a unitary government since those states gave up most of their powers including ports, airports, education & exams, courts, etc, and PL will be the real federal state who retains most of its powers.

This is my political stance on security and finance on all FMS and legal issues on PL. PL Giving the security paper and the supreme court to the government of Xamar will be used for political purposes, secondly it has more corruption. SNA can be integrated but their commanders must be appointed in coordination with the FMS. This means any commander will be suggested by the Stateand appointed by the SFG. They r bringing back the london security pact wich was overlooked by wannabe dictator Farmaajo. It's very much pro FMS and was backed by the TPLF when Farmaajo was new he signed it in London. There should be State courts and federal courts separate from each other atleast for PL but at the same time i believe that Xamar should rule itself as well. Now we see how the local president liberated Hirshabelle because the ousted Farmaajo was more afraid of arming the clans than Al Shabaab. Somalia can agree on these areas: Defense, oil, foreign affairs and international pacts.
The federal government under Farmaajo and Kheyre has stolen the international funds for Baladweyne floods because Hirshabelle does not receive them directly. There is big federal corruption and there would be less corruption if it was sent directly to the FMS because of the local ownership but we need to have good administration not like the isbarist Guudlawe.

Idgaf about the fkd but the fact the fgs and the states are moving in the same direction is progress. Waxa loo baahan yahay waa in la dhiso qaran. Sida lagu dhisi lahaane waa wada hadal iyo heshiis. Whatever grievances Puntland or any state has must be adressed. Imagine all of this points being adressed last 5 years, including the war against the khawaarij.

They think PL is like the other states which only exist on paper. We have had a functioning government for decades now why would we hand over powers to the president of Xamar without negotiating. PL is defending federalism. No government overreach.
