Puntland must follow Australia modern standard for road cost saving. When u build roads build wide roads but then use 'markers' to narrow lanes, so u can keep the space but it must be marked as 'un-used' this means maintaince will be much cheaper but if u create wide roads and it's constantly put under load n pressure, u also wear-tear un-necessary road.
Look how smart they are. They mark only 'two lanes' for cars to use while apply separate line noone can use unless for emergency. This means if they need to 'expand' road in future, they can, while sealing off if it's not needed which means less maintainace and only two lanes is maintained. The wide roads in PL towns needs this hikma

Imagine if Puntland created a 'strong concrete darbi' to contain/hold the water. PL has strong rain-falls seasonly, their is enough water if we stored it properly. We can't rely on small regular rain thru out the year, when it comes, we must store it for all year usage.
