Manshallah, Puntland is doing phenomenal. We need some business savvy people to start investing their companies in here. We could use a factory or ten to help us be self sufficient and create jobs for the locals. Once a job place springs up, so will houses near it and soon we’ll have a roadside town to make the place look less barren.

I’ve been to garowe in July last year the roads are horrible some of the roads are ok like that video. I prefer Qardho over Garowe anyday.

Nice Mash'Allah. Garowe has a chance to build its infrastructure (roads pavements) before it gets crowded when it will be harder.
Hargeisa is too challenging coz it's too full up. Even bike lanes and outdoor spaces will be great make a proper livable city

A spin thru Ministry Zone of Garowe. Notice that 10 million hotel is apparently going to be located there also.

The best thing is that it was financed by the Puntland government.

We are making a transition to self-reliance.

What type of road signs is that lmao and also where is the pavements?
The guy was mistaken. They're not making road signs. They're painting the road with traffic markers.

The pavement is the grey ground in the images.

You expected something here didn't you?!?!?
Nice, however could you perhaps tell them to invest into some drainage system. You don't need anything high-tech, just some PVC pipes of some gutters made from fired clay that will take the rain water away. As for what you want to do with this water, you could either: store it and refine it into drinkable water or use it to irrigate the farm land.
