Puntland Information Management Centre HQ in Garowe

(opened in December 2021 but was operating since 2019).

Constitutionally an independent governmental agency, while it structurally has a board consisting of ministries
namely; Planning, Water, Agriculture & Livestock and the disaster management agency
(HADMA), the board has a main task of approving the work plans and policies of the center.
The aim of the center is to collect, analyze and disseminate data related to water and land
resources, conduct case studies on specific matters, provide information to the relevant
ministries for bettering the decision making during the development of strategies, policies
and projects.

The only answer to water shortage is to 'recycle' water and 'treat' it and send it back down the supply pipes to homes. I also expect puntland to begin 'sewage' plants in our major cities.

Puntland best friend should be Rwanda, we share a similar story 'whotus' attacked our civilians. We are on the path to development. When I go to Africa, I am visting Rwanda to speak with tutsi people about their development plan, cost involved, lessons learned from their project to help puntland make wise decisions.
