The ministry roads are being paved as we speak also. All ministries will be sealed roads. I love how they keep the ministries and presidential HQ away from the main city in case the city suffers a natural disaster, the govt can still operate. Great thinking by Puntland, it also really contributes towards the town planning by zoning out residential, business, market, and government areas.
