Garacad airport will soon be upgraded insha Allah

I am bit worried we didn't study 'feasibility' of Garacad. This is the indian ocean and we seen what happens to many towns with tsunamis in this part of the indian ocean. The Gulf of Aden is at least a bit more stable. Maybe we should model it as a small town like berbera and develop Jariban.

@Manzana I hope the urban plan for Garacad is very 'far' from the coast as some sort of protection from the coast-line expanding in-wards either naturally or thru tsunamis.
